giveBeauty® is the universal gift card for beauty, health, and wellness.

Available as an app, website, or physical card, it makes gifting simple and meaningful. One card connects clients to trusted local professionals across the U.S.—from facials and brows to massage, nails, yoga, and more.

Every card (digital or physical) never expires, can be personalized, and is redeemable with multiple providers in the giveBeauty® network. It’s an easy, flexible way to give (or receive!) self-care.

Getting Started — Where is giveBeauty® available?

Anybody, anywhere in the world can make a giveBeauty® gift. 🌍💌

Right now, giveBeauty® cards can be redeemed only in the United States with participating beauty, health, and wellness professionals in our national network.

We’re growing fast, adding new pros and new locations every week—so your giveBeauty® card works whether you’re at home, traveling within the U.S., or sending self-care love across the country.

Buying & Sending — How do I buy a giveBeauty® gift card?

Buying a giveBeauty® gift card is simple and only takes a few minutes.

Choose your format:

Digital gift card → Delivered instantly by email to your recipient (or you can schedule it for a future date).

Physical gift card → A beautifully packaged card mailed to your recipient’s address in the U.S.

Add a personal touch: Write your own message to go along with the card.

Delivery time:

Digital: Arrives within minutes of purchase (or on your chosen delivery date).

Physical: Shipped by standard USPS within the U.S. and typically arrives in 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.

Your recipient can use their giveBeauty® gift card as soon as they receive it—just like a credit card—with any participating beauty, health, or wellness pro in the giveBeauty® network.

Buying & Sending — Is there a fee to purchase a giveBeauty® gift card?

Yes.

Buying & Sending — Can I add a personal message or customize my gift card?

Yes! Every giveBeauty® card can be personalized. You can add text, photos, or graphics when you place your order so your gift feels thoughtful and unique.

Buying & Sending — Can I send a giveBeauty® gift card by email or text?

Yes. Both are possible.

Buying & Sending — What if my gift card hasn’t arrived?

In the very rare case of your order not been received within the expected time frame (instantly for digital, or 5–7 business days for physical cards), please reach out to us right away at (413) 726-1376. Be sure to include your order number so we can help you quickly.

Buying & Sending — In what currency are giveBeauty® cards sold?

All giveBeauty® card prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Fees may change from time to time, but the amount you’ll be charged is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.

Redeeming — How do I find a beauty, health, or wellness pro who accepts giveBeauty®?

It’s easy! Visit givebeauty.com or open the app and browse our network of trusted professionals. You can search by location, service, or specialty to find the right pro near you. If you can not find your favorite local pro, let them know about giveBeauty and tell them to join the network!

Redeeming — Do I need to use the whole balance at once?

Nope! You can spend as much or as little of your giveBeauty® card balance as you like. Any unused balance stays on your card until you’re ready to treat yourself again—because our cards never expire.

Redeeming — Can I split payment between a giveBeauty® card and another form of payment?

Yes! If your service costs more than the balance on your giveBeauty® card, you can either pay the difference directly to the pro with another accepted form of payment, or simply top up your giveBeauty® card. Your balance updates instantly.

Value, Balance & Expiration — What amounts can I load onto a giveBeauty® gift card?

You can choose from our preset amounts or enter your own custom value when ordering a giveBeauty® card. This flexibility makes it easy to give a little self-care boost or a bigger beauty-and-wellness experience—whatever fits your budget.

Value, Balance & Expiration — How can I check the balance of a giveBeauty® gift card?

Checking your balance is simple. Just log into your giveBeauty® account and enter your gift card details. You’ll instantly see the remaining amount available to spend.

Value, Balance & Expiration — Do giveBeauty® gift cards expire?

No—they never expire. Your recipient can redeem their giveBeauty® card whenever it’s convenient, with no pressure and no hidden deadlines.

Value, Balance & Expiration — Can I reload or add money to an existing gift card?

Yes! You can add more money at any time. Just log into your giveBeauty® account on the website or the giveBeauty App, and top up the balance of your card (or your beautyBank). This way, your card stays active and ready to use—whether you’re treating yourself or making it easy for someone else to keep enjoying beauty, health, and wellness services.

Refunds, Transfers & Lost Cards — Can I return or get a refund for a giveBeauty® gift card?

Purchases of giveBeauty® gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, the balance can be transferred to another giveBeauty® user account as a gift or stay in your beautyBank.

Troubleshooting — What if my gift card is lost or stolen?

Don’t worry—we can help. Give us a call at (413) 726-1376 or contact us through your account dashboard. As long as you still have your order details or card number, we can look into securing the balance for you.
